“I had to add my review for the exceptional customer service that this location provided, specially the manager Mani.

There was some confusion with an uber order that got cancelled and CC charged. While Uber refused, I called and explained the situation to Mani who understood and actually ensured that I get a fair resolution. She agreed to honor the order and while it happened a month ago, when i went to the location yesterday she was not present. But the staff heard me, called her and noticed she had my name written on the reciept. After a clear confirmation, without giving me any hard time my ordered was prepared.
Kudos to the team! You won a loyal customer.“

I had these two:

GRILLED VEGGIE: $14.95
Avocado gremolata, grilled eggplants, grilled zucchini, roasted red peppers & goat cheese

CHICKEN PICCANTE: $17.95
Salsa verde aioli, grilled hot banana peppers, smoked mozzarella

Try these sandwiches they are incredibly, fresh, easy to bite into, yummy and the herbs are so so delicious in the bread and butter/cheese. I didn't even have this fresh as it was made I had this many hours after and they are so so amazing. Wish I took a pic of the veggie one, but I was in heaven.
Both are equally amazing.“

“This company went above and beyond for me not once but twice regarding the same order. First, they ensured my order was not sent by Canada Post in case it was held up during a postal strike. Second, they were out of a product after I ordered it, so they substituted with a superior product. And they called me on the phone to explain the substitution. “We visited this restaurant on 4th October at around 3pm. Excellent service by Cashier 2179. I been to various freshi but this one has its own charm. Veggies were fresh, restaurant odour was amazing and quantity was very generous. Definitely visiting this place again!“
