“I’ve been a loyal customer at this spot for at least five months now, and let me tell you, I’ve thoroughly tried the menu. I love that this place is so affordable, the atmosphere is warm, and the food always hits.

I have to give huge respect to the chef because the chicken is always juicy and perfectly seasoned. I usually get the grilled chicken spicy with fries sometimes a salad but lately your girl has been trying to go pescatarian again. I’ve been venturing out and trying some of the fish, and it’s so good. The flavors are spicy with that little hint of vinegar heaven.

Recently I was intrigued by the tuna steak and asked for an honest recommendation. The beauty behind the counter suggested I try it, and let me tell you, she’s getting a tip when I see her next because it was amazing.

All of their items are consistently good. It’s the perfect lunchtime pick-me-up or weekend craving fix. And I can’t forget to mention that little dessert in the fridge section …I think it’s called “Kiss of Heaven” or “Dessert of Heaven.” Either way, it’s to die for. Every bite feels like the angels in heaven sit down with me and we all agree, this dessert is everything.

I’m the kind of person who naturally craves chicken, rice, and vegetables — but I can’t do boring gym bro food. The problem is, most restaurants that open early serve greasy eggs, processed meats, and empty carbs at a premium. Every once in a while that’s fine, but on most weekends, I just want something that’ll keep me fueled and light for the gym.

The chicken here was flavourful and juicy, the veggies perfectly steamed, the rice fluffy, and the potatoes buttery. This is the kind of meal that actually lasts you most of the day.

Forget the bland “fitness” spots downtown (I’m looking at you Impact Kitchen) — eat real, whole food from local restaurants like this. Your taste buds and your muscles will thank you.“

“Went for a TGTG bag here for the first time and was blown away at the amount of food I got for $9. Super sweet lady behind the counter, she was courteous and quick with the bag, will definitely be back in the future to try the Nata’s as there wasn’t any when I arrived. Thank you once again!“

“I ordered the Family Meal #1 ($35) a whole chicken with rice and potatoes and wow, it was incredible! The portion size was huge, more than enough for the two of us, and we even had leftovers to enjoy for multiple meals. The chicken was juicy and flavourful, and pairing it with their sides of rice and potatoes made it even better.

I also bought a bottle of Mario’s Peri Peri sauce, and we practically finished the whole thing with our family meal that’s how delicious it was! We tried the macaroni and Greek salad as well, both fresh and tasty.

The service was just as good as the food! The woman at the front was so friendly and helpful, giving me suggestions on the best way to order so I could get the most value without overpaying. I really appreciated her honesty and customer service. It is hard to come by these days so I really value that.
