“Great place with friendly professional staff. Lots of karaoke and live bands happening all the time. Couldn't rate the food because they only got bags of chips but Broasters chicken next door is amazing and you can order your food then chill and eat next door at Frankies since they got a kitchen type window they share between establishments. there is also a decent pizza, chinese food and ice cream parlor in the same plaza.. strip mall... whatever you call it“

The service was 5 stars! Our server, Hannah, was wonderful — very kind, attentive, and professional. She really made our experience enjoyable.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the salmon plate was not cooked properly. However, the management handled it very well and kindly removed it from our bill without us even asking. That was very appreciated.
Overall, I recommend this Kelseys location in Brantford. Great service and good customer, today was my birthday 🎂 February 28, 2026“

“We had a large group of 20 people for a birthday party and I have to say for only having one server, he did an outstanding job! I don’t remember his name but he was very on the ball and even brought our cake out with candles so we could sing happy birthday. The food was hot and quick! Highly recommend if you’re planning to get good food and celebrate anything with a big group“
