“Gus and his staff hosted my 80th birthday celebration for my family and friends. The service and food were superb and the staff were unfailingly efficient and friendly. Occasionally Gus came by to check that things were going well. We have dined many times at the School House including our wedding and the reception that followed. We have never been disappointed. We intend to return many times.“

“The four cheese spinach dip was flavorful, but its small serving size didn't quite justify the price, On the other hand the Smokewood hot brisket sandwich was a highlight, meat is tender, crispy bread made for a satisfying combination, although sourdough bread might have elevated it further. The accompanying gravy was excellent, The sweet potato fries were crispy and some of them were soft, I asked the person to sit on the dining room side She said there was a 25 minute Wait, person did it in a rude tone, so I just sat on the bar side. “Dined here August long weekend with a baseball team. Brandon was our server he was AMAZING, he went above and beyond. Bills were organized by player number and everything was correct when it came time for payment. Even the teenagers commented on how great of a server he was.

“Wanted something warm and yummy between games at a nearby ball tourney and found sunset! Emma welcomed a large group with, sit where you like and we'll figure it out! That is a welcome difference from wait at the door until we are prepared to greet you attitude of other spots we go to. Coffee and juice arrived quickly. Food was as ordered, hot and perfectly cooked. Keep up the great service Emma.“

“Went on Saturday of the long weekend for lunch, had the spinach dip to start, chicken ceasar wrap with waffle fries and my friend had the club with a twist and fries it was the best tasting food, great service and atmosphere. I will for sure be going back!“

“Tonight was our first time at Legends. As with every restaurant right now, service was a little slow due to what I am sure were staffing issues. There was a mix-up with my order as well, which was a little disappointing, as I am a vegetarian. However, our waitress (I am so sorry, I didn't get your name!) was fantastic. She was friendly, apologetic, and worked hard and promptly to make things right. We were fairly compensated for the mistake, and management/staff seemed to genuinely care about making our experience positive. Thanks to the wonderful service we received, we will definitely be coming back.“
