It was frustrating having to wait, especially since the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. However, once the staff realized the delay, they made a genuine effort to make things right. They apologized for the inconvenience and added extra wings along with a complimentary drink to my order. That gesture really turned the experience around. While the wait was not ideal, I appreciated their customer service and willingness to correct the mistake, which showed they value their customers.“
