“Finally went for the first time tonight. It's take out, so no 'atmosphere' to speak of, aside from the staff was super friendly. I got the shredded chicken sandwich. There is a bit of a language barrier as I didn't know what the topping options were. She did ask me if I wanted spicy, which I said no. She added the veggie mix, carrots and something with a mild pickling, cucumber a leafy green and a mild sauce, she heated it up and I also got an order of the spring rolls.
The sub was really good. The bun had a crispy/flaky crust and was soft inside. The filling had a really nice flavor. The spring rolls were so crispy and tasted fantastic. Great value with $6.50 for any of the subs and the spring rolls were $5.00 for 5. I will definitely go back.“

“What a great place. Staff there treating you with a smile! Make ya feel like a person and not just another sale. Only gave a 4/5 on atmosphere cause I'm not a people person and the place was busy. “Quiznos doesn’t give you the deal of the day anymore unless you download their app. I don’t need another app and I rarely come. They are already hanging by a thread as this is the only location for miles. This does not help your business Quiznos. Not sure why you would make customers give up their personal information for a deal.

The previous owners were so welcoming and kind. Today it seemed like he had his kid who is not eligible age to work yet ringing in the orders. Not impressed. Sub was still good but I paid $5 more for it as I wouldn’t download the app for the deal of the day. Not rushing back. Good luck with your business.“

“I was getting home from work late and my wife called to ask if I'd stop and grab subs. I looked at the time and replied they close in 15 mins but I'll try. So I stopped in at Doon location in Kitchener. I walked in at 945pm they close that night at 10:00pm. I was greeted by a young lady named (Gravinder my deepest apologies if I misspelled her name.) My first words out of my mouth were I'm so sorry I know you close soon but could I grab two quick subs. She kept telling me no worries sir. No worries at all. But being in retail I know the feeling an employee gets when a customer walks in near close. She made our subs to perfection all the while chatting me up while working away. I was in and out in less the 10mins. Who ever the owner is they need to give this young lady a substantial raise in pay. You have a golden employee that most owners/managers would kill for. Treat her well so she doesn't leave as employees like here are exceeding hard to find. Great work and will definitely be back again.“

I work next door and eat at this Subway a few times a week. The service is always excellent, and the food is consistently fresh. Today, I had a special request—my daughter has a presentation for her business class, similar to a Shark Tank pitch, and she chose Subway as her business to promote. We needed some Subway swag, so I came over and spoke with the manager. They kindly reached out to the owner, and shortly after, I received a call saying to come over—they had some items for my daughter.

A huge thank you to the owner for approving this, and to all the staff for being so helpful and accommodating! We truly appreciate it, and we’ll be sure to update you on how her presentation goes.
