“Eating this as I’m writing the review. Genuinely the best fast food I’ve ever had. Very close if not on point Vietnamese flavours. Reminds me of my childhood, cooked so quickly everything tasting extremely fresh. Rice was great and fluffy, salad super fresh, along with the summer rolls, spring roll, and lemongrass chicken. Bang for your buck portions, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Now back to finishing my meal LOL.“

“The best Korean food I’ve ever had! The Korean fried chicken was so juicy and flavourful, and the bulgogi bibimbap was perfectly done. Everything was made fresh to order, served piping hot, and came out so quickly. The service was also great — the staff were so kind and helpful.

The restaurant itself was spotless, including the bathrooms. I watched the staff thoroughly clean and sanitize each table after customers left, not the quick wipe down you see at most places. Makes you feel even better about eating here!

I’ve officially found my go-to spot for Korean food, cannot wait to come back again and again!“

“Amazing experience at August 8 Sushi! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was great, and the service made the whole experience even better. “I brought some good friends. The place was full of people at around 6:30 pm., but we could still have a good chat. The food was quite good. The portions were small but limitless. Do not be deceived by the "One Portion only" notice. you can order ten pieces by clicking the "+" sign ten times. I would go there again, probably with my wife, on Valentine's Day.“

“August 8 never disappoints. The service isn't really that great. I found the waitress didn't check on us enough or ask if we wanted anything to drink after the first attempt. I guess it makes sense for an all you can eat restaurant.

The newest thing is that you can get a proper dessert 1 per person. A cheesecake, a creme brulee cheesecake, a tiramisu or mango peach cake. I wouldn't recommend the mousse cake, not much flavor kind of artificial tasting. I did love the cheesecake and the creme brulee one. Yummy. The tiramisu had good coffee flavor but not liquor. It isn't the traditional Italian flavor. I make a traditional tiramisu and I would say my homemade one is much more authentic tasting.

I would definitely recommend August ,8 to people who have different tastes because it's not just sushi. There is food for kids, and some meats and different dishes. I really love the steak teriyaki and the vegetable dish. I also love a good ceviche.“

I went here with my friends and let me tell you it was a wonderful experience.

We ordered Butter Chicken Box, Crispy Shanghai Noodlebox for dine in, and Spicy peanut Noodlebox to go.

All of the dishes were fire🔥The presentation was top-notch.

“Great option if you don’t want to cook. My to go place. The staff Jelyn and JoJo are always friendly and makes sure your order is exactly what you want. It’s a clean place too. I’m never disappointed with my meal. It’s made to perfection. Healthy and perfect portions.
Side note: extra vegs, protein etc does cost extra as many places charge as well.
I’ve seen customers get mad at them because they have to pay for more. Don’t go in thetr thinking you’re entitled people ( to those) they are doing their job and don’t make the rules. They don’t need the attitude when they are working hard to cook meals for you.
