“I grew up in Burlington and had been to Goodys some time back before but stopped by today to grab a beef gyro. Phenomenal sub shop, quality, fresh, excellent portions. Will have to become a regular rotation when I come to visit my Mom. 5 star food, quality and service“

“I absolutely love their shawarma chicken poutine. My husband agrees hands down that their falafels are excellent. They make and sell their own garlic sauce. it's excellent for topping other dishes and dipping too!“

Crispy fries obviously always done in clean oil, and tender inside.Burgers are great and get to build your own. $12.99 burger fries and a pop. “This is how proper French fries are supposed to be made. Absolutely delicious and fantastic. The owners son was the person who served us today and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We come all the way from Mississauga just for them. Here’s hoping if you guys ever decide on expanding that you come this way, although no matter what we will continue to make our way out to your location. Cheers and best of luck going forward.“

“It's our first time here. We were happily greeted when we walk in, then every thing was explained to us. We built 3 poke bowls and never felt rushed to make our choices. The service over all was phenomenal - I would give it more then 5 stars if I could.
The food was equally as good.

“Busy NY eve, called and ordered and got a call back that the driver was in the lobby. A bit early but ok. We got the wrong order. They immediately called and said our right order was on its way.

Showed up 10 minutes later and let us keep the wrong order too a they’d have to throw it out. We have a potluck tomorrow so it won’t go to waste.

Mistakes happen. So then customer service is about what happens to make sure you have a good experience after that, and they nailed it.“

My only critique is for the brand as a whole. While I appreciate the extra bag fries are your standard, I don't enjoy having to reach through hot, salty, greasy food to get to the sandwich. I inevitably end up having to wash my hands between retrieving the burger and actually eating it. Also, the bag gets greasier than any I've ever encountered, likely due to the fries. If I'm not eating in the store, I am required to place something between my car seat and the bottom of the bag to avoid ruining my interior.“

And I was surprised to see that it was busier than normal, when I got to the window the manager said that McDonald's down the road was having $0.67 burgers and that's the reason why it was so busy. “I am not usually a fan of BK but stopped here out of convience and the food was pretty good, I enjoyed the spicy burger and poutine. I did not enjoy the chicken sandwich as it tasted very cheap. I would consider stopping again to try another burger or for the poutine which was my favorite part. The service was a bit slow for being the only customer but all in all it was an ok experience.“
