“Let me start this off by saying I am somewhat of a poutine connoisseur. I have had many a poutine in my day. The french fry guy is no match for any other poutine. I live about 45 minutes away and it is worth the drive EVERY SINGLE TIME. Hot food, amazing service, and incredible taste. Wouldn’t change a thing. Soooo good.“
“Been here a number of times over the past 10 years and it never disappoints. The portions are insanely massive and the food quality is unbearable compared to the standard chain restaurants. I order the buttermilk fried chicken every time. Atmosphere isn’t pretentious and they always deliver the goods without unnecessary flare. Coming from downtown Hamilton, the drive out to Winona is actually pretty nice and the location is a nice change of scenery from the busy city. Also, don’t bother coming here if you’re a vegetarian or vegan, plenty other places will accommodate your needs if that’s what you’re looking for.“

“We went for a walk down Locke street after eating at a local restaurant. Saw the Shuck Truck for the first time, but they were closed for an hour. Got to talking to the owner who was still there. She was kind enough to reopen just for us and shucked a dozen oysters on the half shell. Very fresh, very tasty and very nice…thank you so much!“
“The service is 1/5. Today at Merry Farms, the woman taking orders was very rude. Held up her finger and said “WAIT” as I was approaching the window to say hello. When handing the food over, just stares and says nothing…. Just attitude. I get that sometimes you can have bad days, but don’t take it out on your customers.The food is 5/5. Would I put up with her rudeness again for the food? Yes, it’s that good.“

“We tried this for the first time on June 27 at 9:30. It was very busy. The food was hot, fresh and messy fun. The young lady working was by herself and was polite and trying her best. We could see she was becoming overwhelmed. Some of the third party delivery drivers that were coming in to pick up were not kind to her. Hopefully this restaurant is normally better staffed as no one should have to work that hard by themselves.“
“I'd seen this fry truck parked there for years, and had always thought it would be cool to check it out, out of sheer curiosity.In addition to satisfying my curiosity, the fish and chips were excellent; the fish was light-tasting and the fries had that amazing fresh-cut flavour to them that you simply don't get from frozen. Incredibly generous portions at shockingly good prices.The lady at the window was friendly and competent, and we didn't have to wait long before our steaming hot food was ready for us.We'll be back!“
“After our walk on the Mountainview Park west pathway my wife and I stopped in for lunch one Saturday. She had the OG crispy chicken and I had the big cluck . Although mine cost less , it came with a side of tater tots while my wife got nothing , so I shared. Both sandwiches were juicy and delicious. Fountain drinks come with free refills . Service was fast , and the server was friendly and attentive. Nice little diner with clean washrooms and nice atmosphere . They’re only open until 2pm .“
“I wish I could write a better review but unfortunately the tacos were cold, so much so that the grease from the meat was hardened. The salt in the meat made the tacos so horrid we couldn’t eat them. The nachos were very greasy and appeared to be yesterdays leftovers. The cheese for the nachos wasn’t even warmed up. Maybe it was an off day. ***edit to add They reached out and did everything to make it right! Super appreciated and shows me they care.“
“These guys were fantastic! Cristina was lovely to work with and very accommodating and Samir and his partner (I apologize I didn’t catch his name) blew it out of the water the day out the event. So friendly and wonderful with all the guests. Everyone was stuffed and happy (and a lot with a snack to take come for later because of the generous portions) and bonus- very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to have a chance to use them again !“
