“We have been visiting this subway for years and the staff here is very friendly and kind. Recently they renovated the store and is very modern. They are always kind to my family. Food quality is very good and bread is always fresh.

“I saw a review criticizing Shilpa which I found a bit odd since I have been dealing at this location and found Shilpa to be one of the most friendly and efficient of all the staff I have dealt with. I don't know what happened with this customer but my experiences of the past couple of years couldn't have been more positive. Maybe Shilpa was giving the customer some good advice given the concern he had about food allergies but didn't present it in a way that he liked or wanted to hear.“

As a regular who goes there once or twice a week, they have my order memorized and are always so friendly and efficient. The pair are a dynamic duo who work effectively together like a well-oiled machine. “I haven't always had the best experience at this location due to some less than nice interactions in the past, but tonight was genuinely one of the best times i've had here.

A young lady was working around 9:20-9:40 pm on Jan 17th, and she was all smiles and genuinely so nice to interact with. Listened to my order, got everything right, and it tastes great! Other employees should definitely look up to her. I'd be surprised if she isn't a service manager!

“Great customer service and very quick! Understood the uber eats instructions properly. I share my sub with my son. I needed two sandwiches with sauces on one and no sauce on the other for my son. Wrapped separately and sauces for my son on the side and hot sauce on the side!. I called and he understood the instructions without me even finishing what I was calling about. Great place to order from. The other subway nearby not great. So I choose this location to delivery to me in oakville. They are great!! Will be orderin again and again and again.“

“Very clean and seems like they take care of their restaurant, tables were clean and everything looked great. The SteakNBacon was a lil expensive but was great I would say almost worth the price and the service was meh, the lady didn’t seem to care about her Job And seemed to not help much and didn’t really greet or thank me… Overall 4 Stars“

“Had delicious subs for lunch with my kids made by a very nice gentleman. When I came in he was busy taking out the fresh bread that smelled so good and was making an order for skip the dishes but I wasn't in a rush. I admired how hard he was working to accommodate all of his customers as he was handling the pre-lunch rush like a champ! And it was worth the few minutes of waiting because he always makes the best subs. Very tasty, chewy and fresh cookies too!!!“

“Really great place to go for a wrap, sandwich or sub. The worker who served me was very good at his job, friendly, personable and quick at making our subs. The food tasted great and only have good things to say about going here!

Parking: Not sure where the parking, as we parked far away and were just traversing the downtown area for the music festival.“
