Enjoyed a chicken pho and beef pho while shopping with my mother in law. So much soup we had to bring some home! It was very tasty and the gentleman behind the counter gave us A1 service!!
For a pho place in a mall, the taste is surprisingly good—even better than some restaurants I’ve tried. The broth has a rich basil aroma and isn’t overly sweet, which makes it really flavorful. I am surprised to have such good lemongrass chicken in a food court. Food preparation is a bit slow if you are in a rush. But it tells me the food is freshly prepared so no complaints.
