“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Wendy’s located at Appleby and Dundas in Burlington, and I felt compelled to share my experience, especially given the exceptional service I received from one of their team members, Faraz.

As someone who doesn’t frequent Wendy’s often, I typically stop by for breakfast. This time, however, my visit stood out because of Faraz. From the moment I approached the drive-thru speaker, I was met with a warm and welcoming demeanour that instantly set a positive tone for my morning. His well-spoken nature and genuine friendliness made me feel valued as a customer.

What truly impressed me was Faraz’s willingness to go above and beyond. He took the time to ensure my order was correct and even made recommendations that enhanced my breakfast experience. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who clearly takes pride in their work and understands the importance of customer service, especially during the early hours of the day.

In a world where quick service can sometimes come at the expense of personal touch, Faraz’s exceptional service reminded me of how impactful a positive interaction can be. “The Wendy does get quite crowded during the highschool break time, it takes quite a decent amount of time for the food to be made but it tastes good and quality. During non highschool break time hours it's quite empty and the food takes a bit less time to be made, other than that good restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: The staff are kind and respect everyone no matter who is ordering.“

“There two for $ 4 is good specially there wedges and they should have to continue for the whole day it's a good snack with coffee all day any time.

Vegetarian options: You can have just egg and cheese without bacon plus their wedges which is very healthy breakfast for the vegetarian community.“

“I recently stopped by Wendy's in Burlington on a hot day when the temperature was nearly 30 degrees. I was feeling extremely thirsty, so I decided to go through the drive-thru.

The lady who served me was incredibly nice and friendly, which made my experience even better. Her positive attitude was refreshing, especially in such heat.
