“I wanted to compliment the staff at this location. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was the most pleasant cashier I have been served by in years. She was so friendly, and was so caring with the other staff who seemed to be learning.

The service was fast despite it being busy and the food was the best I’ve had at Tim’s in ages, very fresh and well prepared. Usually the chicken noodle soup is 90% water but this soup was packed with noodles and even had real pulled chicken chunks. The coffee was also fresh and tasty.

The staff treated each other with respect and genuinely seemed to be helping each other and treating each other with kindness. The updated space also looked awesome. This was a standout experience and I hope the staff are recognized for their work and positive attitudes.“

“We were there at around 1:30pm today. We were quickly served and with a smile and had the best quality McD's food we've had in awhile - especially compared to the Ottawa area stores. The fries were actually hot and salted the right amount. Good job! I hope they get you to train the other locations!“
