KFC in Cambridge

“This isn't a review for KFC, rather for an employee that works here currently. Shout out to Austin who works at this KFC location. Good customer service in the service industry is a rarity these days. While much of the staff these days are generally underpaid, miserable, and don't care about their customers. Austin makes people feel welcomed, and greets people with a smile. This is what people should aspire to be in this line of work.I hope you open your own restaurant some day, pal. ?“

“Navjot was so incredibly helpful and wonderful! She helped me with a problem in a professional and fast manner. She is always friendly and polite and genuinely cares about costumers. My popcorn chicken was hot and fresh. She offered me their deal on a large instead of two small to save 5$, I’m so grateful. :)“

“I've been going to this place, since it opened. The food I ordered is 10 pieces of original chicken with fries, corn and gravy. Everything I ordered taste very good. Everything is still hot, when I received it from the lady who served me. By the time I got home it's still warm. It's always busy through the day. That's a good sign. Sometimes I would sit down in their diner area to have Lunch or dinner. I didn't have to wait for a table. I noticed that they keep their tables and chairs clean. They do have Washrooms. They do have Wheelchair Accessibles Entrances.They also have Delivery and Drive through.“
