“I have been going to the Carp bakery for years and it's a small town staple. A straightforward bakery with great bread and buns and treats, where you can get anywhere from a basic white sandwich loaf to a fancy pastry for reasonable price. Really nice family who run it.“

I asked For 1 and half dozen fresh donuts and the guy today made fresh for us in just 10 minutes and I never tasted how fresh donuts taste like but I am glade to have you and the guy who made for me. Five star for customers service and politeness towards customer.“

“We have frequently visited this location using the drive thru and have had great service. I ordered a few things today and the staff forgot to add turkey to my sandwich. I didn't realize that until I reached home. Gave them a quick call and she realized her mistake immediately and told me to come back for another sandwich. I went back and picked up the sandwich. She also offered me a muffin for the inconvenience and was so apologetic about it. Overall great way of handling the situation and owning up to it.

“This is my regular Tim Hortons. But the service is hit or miss. Im not sure who trains the staff but they do a poor job. Today I ordered my usual 1 medium coffee with 2 milk and one sweetener. I ordered at the counter . I watched the girl pick up a packet of sweetener and walk over to another counter to which I assumed was to add the milk. Iam not sure what she did with the sweetener but it never ended up in my coffee and neither did the milk. After a busy day I look forward to a coffee for my ride home. But this is not the first time. ☹️ . Your staff needs to do a better job. You brag about your food and coffee prove it.“
