“I’ve had an amazing experience in this downtown tim Hortans every time I go the cookies taste amazing unlike the other tim Hortans.and the service is also good especially with team member Sapna. Sapna is a good employee who does her job well. She is respectful and serves customers in a professional manner. She works efficiently and helps keep things running smoothly. “Just writing a review to help counteract some of the negative reviews that just came through minutes ago from a lady and her husband. I was a patron at this coffee shop tonight and saw this customer with two young children yell and scream at the staff across the entire shop.

I don’t care if your drinks took longer than you’d like- treating people working in the service industry like that is NEVER okay. Having children with you and having to wait does not give you an excuse to be abusive.

I personally appreciated seeing the manager stand up for his staff after the customer was being rude to the baristas. He told them he didn’t appreciate the way they were speaking to the staff and asked them to leave. He offered a refund. He offered to make their drinks in any size. And when all that didn’t work, this customer yelling and hollering, “how long does it take to make a drip coffee?!?!” Then the manager said they needed to leave or he’d call the police.

Personally, I’ve never seen such bad behaviour from a patron in a public restaurant like this. I’m sorry OS Starbucks.“

& All the other patrons I encounter are pleased with the speedy & courteous Service they have received
& because of its location ( in a hospital) It is nice to have caring staff serve you“

most Tim Hortons ( well all but Sauble beach location) always charge me for a plain Timbit for my dog. Today I came in and the lovely young girl working never charged me as it was for my dog, I greatly appreciate that a ton. I visit Tim Hortons daily and in my own small town they never go over and beyond like this and know I am a frequent customer.
So thank you for spoiling my pup, she was so happy and full of drool 😆“
