“Great vintage cafe. You can tell just from old the ceiling tile. Cozy hometown atmosphere, great big unique sandwiches, nice baked goods (staff should always ask if you want it heated, with butter). Pleasant young staff, family and friends helping out, lots of good coffee too.”

“Thank you for having a gluten free option! I'm not celiac but gluten and myself do not get along. Thank you for always double checking ingredients for gluten and being accomodating when we wanted to try the breakfast pizza. It's nice to be able to still eat from one of my favourite pizza places and support a local business. Chicken ceasar definitely one of my new faves!”

“We frequent this location as the customer service is always amazing. They remember our names including my children and our two vehicles through the drive thru. Food is always consistently delicious. We love this place.For country style franchise : please bring back the cheddar bagel and if the coffee was stronger we wouldn't complain ?. This is all country styles (we frequent one sault Ste Marie and the coffee is the same).”

“I would like to say that it was twice that i visited this location but comparatively last time i was treated very bad so i decided not to choose this location but this time i am so amazed that this guy ‘harsh’ was so kind and sweet to us. “EXCELLENT FOOD CITE CHOICES

Would’ve given full stars; however, they are often understaffed. There’s one particular waitress who really tries hard but has a sour attitude. We had to listen to her one time going on and on about how she’s a cancer survivor, but the owner doesn’t care about her health by not scheduling enough staff to help her. I feel badly for her, but that was extremely unprofessional. A member of the kitchen staff awkwardly came out to help in the dining room area when it slowed down in the kitchen.

To the owners, enough staffing would show more care on your part and ensures customer satisfaction.

To the staff, not to sound mean, but honestly, the rant made it uncomfortable for many. No one wants to hear that while dining out.”

“We had dinner tonight the food was delicious. We had the torpedo shrimp as an app a chicken ceasar wrap and a Montreal smoked meat sandwhich. Our waitress was amazing believe her name was Cara. Also the view is beautiful!”

“I recently started going to this Tim Hortons and I’ve been really impressed! The food comes out super quick, but still tastes fresh and delicious every time. My London Fog is usually ready right when I pull up to the window and even if it’s not, it’s never more than a 2-minute wait, which is awesome during a busy day.

I have to take a moment to recognize Micaela she’s an absolute gem. Always respectful, kind, and professional, which is something you don’t always see these days, especially in someone so young. Her positive attitude and constant smile truly brighten up the visit. She’s a great example of what excellent customer service looks like.

“I love stopping here. They have such good ice cream and fudge! Not to mention all kind of candies and snacks. They have lots of international snacks as well, and very nice arts and jewellery. They also sell all kind of trinkets and decorations, almost anything you could imagine. Definitely worth a stop!”

“Got some ice cream with the family today, they had a really nice selection if I had to guess they had 12 or so different flavors including 2 lactose free flavors. They also have a bunch of baskets with candy bars in them. The prices seemed very reasonable and my kids loved that they got to eat their ice cream on a boat.
We thought it was a great place to stop for ice cream and the staff was really friendly and helpful.”

“Pizza was good, wasn’t any service as it was automated but it was easy to use and the only thing we could find to eat when we arrived in Port Severn so it was nice. The only thing I would change based on my experience is a better ordering area. We were in a snow storm and the little area wasn’t really the greatest for keeping warm.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no access for wheelchairs. There needs to be a ramp of some kind.”

“I wanted to say Thankyou to ‘Louis’ from Port Severn Tim Hortons who went above and beyond his duties to help us out! We were visiting your location from BC and my husband lost his wallet in the washroom. This Tim Hortons is in a small food court with a convenience store and Petro Can gas station. We realized the wallet was missing when we got to the lake and phoned immediately. We are so thankful to “Louis”who answered the phone and then went to look in the washroom. When he didn’t find it in there he proceeded to ask in the convenience store to find out someone had turned it in! The last thing Louis asked us if there was anything else he could do for us. To Louis and the person who turned in the wallet, we ‘Thankyou’ from the bottom of our hearts. It’s people like you that instill faith and humanity.
