“The unicorn of McDonald's restaurants. We get large and complicated orders and they have only made one small mistake, once, in years of going. When that happened, not only did they give us the missing item but gave us a coupon for a free item on our next visit.“
“Brenda and Jacob were fantastic in helping me and my family with a dairy issue in a French Vanilla iced coffee. We didn't know that the flavor syrup had dairy. They were so kind to check the label information and get us a non dairy iced coffee instead. Thank you so much to the both of you!!
