“I do a weekly stops at this branch. My order was taken by a certain Keiko and she took my order with utmost courtesy. My order was accurately taken while another associate prepared my order. The finished product was exactly as I have wanted. Staffs like them should be rewarded and recognized by this branch manager and/owner.“
“Not a big fan of many McDonald’s in the area but, I must admit, this location had really impressed me! Food was great… Nice “stacked” Big Mac. Staff … really nice! A lot to say in comparison to some other locations, like Hazeldean & Terry Fox, where that staff would rather you didn’t order than apparently wasting their time, otherwise their system seems to update more often than the weather! I would actually go out of my way to come to this location instead!“
“I'm not a big fan of McDonald's or eating in a restaurant but this McDonald's changed that, my iced coffee tasted amazing and wasn't burnt or anything, has the right amount of cream and syrup, I usually can never finish a big Mac as they always make me sick mid way through eating it but this one I was able to finish and even eat my fries for once, and the employees there were so sweet and friendly and the table service was fantastic! 10/10 would definitely be returning ❤️❤️ keep up the amazing work!!!“

There was a lady that was going around cleaning tables immediately after she saw each guest leave. Another worker went around, asking everyone if they needed anything like extra ketchup, napkins, and asked everyone if everything was OK. The food was extremely fresh and hot, which is extremely rare for McDonald’s. Whoever is managing this McDonald’s please go to other locations and specially the disgusting ones in Gatineau and teach them how to run things. I’m impressed!“

“Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies in the drive thru for fixing my order that I made a mistake on. I didn’t save my customizations on my happy meal and we all know a plain burger kid whose world would end of there was anything but the burger cheese and bun inside that wrapper. They were super understanding and quickly relayed the message and had a new burger made quick things. I apologize for holding anyone up and for the remake. “I ordered my food but needed money for the bus but the cashier said it was too late because she closed the cash, she told me I had to wait for someone who’s paying cash to order for me to get change. The manager overheard and headed over to save the day. Quality service. Big ups to the manager who was quick to give me change for the bus.The atmosphere is pretty poor with the location and homelessness running rampant.My food mods were done correctly but the burger was absolutely a mess. “The orange cranberry muffin is great when your options are limited when on your coffee break. The staff Monday to Friday are good at replenishing the muffins. However, I was told by an employee on Saturday that they only make a batch of muffins in the mornings only.“
“Wow! I’m impressed! I ordered yesterday a Big Mac and 10 pieace chicken nugget meal and I have to say everything was perfect! The nuggets were hot and crispy on the outside but tender in the inside. Big Mac was fresh and hot. Sooo yummy! This will now be my good go location although the one Montreal road is closer this location on st Laurent food taste much better. I cannot wait to reorder. I’m craving their chicken nuggets badly. Soo yummy!“
“Feb 14Update: As of right now there have been lots of changes and my order is proper, quick and hot 90% of the time as opposed to 40-60%.So 5 stars for the improvement alone. After consistent results remain i'll remove my old experience.Dec 15:The petty manager wouldn't compensate me for the $2 burger they did bad on the other day; so I called headquarters and now I'm being compensated $30. Thank you petty manager!Side note: that manager instead of losing the $2 (which is not a lost I mean its owed to me) ends up losing $30. Basically his arrogance cost McDonalds and the owner more money. it sucks I have to waste my time calling in but at least I got a lot more out of it. “They gave me extra fries at no cost for a long wait(I waited about 10 mins for a burger and a happy meal) so I am very happy. The sandwiches were carefully prepared, not sloppy like some other locations. Overall I’d say this is one of the better McDonald’s locations even with the wait time. My iced coffee was well made too.“

“So I made a stop here to get some quick dinner, I did see some negative reviews but I wanted to see for myself before I formed an opinion on this location.I’m happy to report that at least my experience was a positive one; The food was fresh and hot, and I received my order in less than five minutes. I did come here at night so it wasn’t at peak hours. Nonetheless I am very satisfied with my order, everything was as I ordered it and the location was pretty clean, staff were actively cleaning the place too which was good! Overall, I rate this Mcdonald’s location a 4/5, a good place to pick up a quick dinner while commuting home after a long day on campus at Carleton ?“
“Pleasantly surprised! Usually the experience at Mcdonalds is subpar and makes me regret going, but today was great. I don't remember the last time I was impressed by Mcdonalds.Staff was really friendly, always communicated wait times and apologized if something wasn't right. The food itself was freshly cooked, and properly assembled?!!!!!Let me repeat that, the food was properly assembled, as in it wasn't made as if a toddler made it. The food was actually in order, it wasn't a giant mess like it usually is. They actually followed my order notes like asking for extra lettuce where every other mconalds I've been to have never listened.“
