Overall this McDonald's is alright by my standards but staff need to be more observant about customers coming in with mobile orders through the app. The whole reason of using the app to place an order is to save time. Time is not saved if you see your order sitting there ready but staff don't acknowledge you. Whoever the girl is that works overnights clearly doesn't care about her job. This McDonald's is considered one of the best in the area, with the staff working as a team and the restaurant being very clean. The overnight workers on a recent Tuesday were amazing, patient, and helpful, going above and beyond in their service.
