McDonald's in Gloucester

“Come 1-2 times a week in the morning around 8:20. I’m most of the time greeted in the drive thru by Patrick. Always greets me politely, goes fast and always deals with my dumb orders. Very respectful and customer service is 11/10. However I’m putting 4 stars because on rare occasions I get this one girl, not sure her name but she always starts with “are you collecting rewards” but she sounds like she hates her life. I don’t mean to be disrespectful but it really just seems like she doesn’t want to be there and her customer service is not great.“

“I like going here but they don't allow you to order ahead and have your order waiting. So every Sunday morning I have to wait in store or in the lot for my order. Tim's is closer but McD's is better. It's worth the wait.“

“the food is decent quality for a McDonald's. I can't complain on that aspect. it's an average McDonald's. when you think of mcdonalds quality of food, it would be this location. not super great, but not sad. its edible enough where I can sit down and enjoy it for lunch. the service is actually pretty good. I have food allergies, so I cant have certain things in/on my order. whenever I check, nothing is ever messed up and I never have to get it exchanged. the service is also very quick, im never waiting long which is good when i don't have lots of time to waste. really living up to the name of fast food. cleanliness of the establishment could use some work, 3 stars on that aspect. however, most places could have some improvement done with that aspect. i dont expect much from a mcdonalds. overall, this is one of the good locations and i'd recommend it to anyone who wants quick and efficient service, and maybe takeout instead of dine - in.“
