“It is my first time coming to this location, but it won’t be my last. The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment my family and I walked it. They were very kind and patient with us. The atmosphere of the establishment was superb. But what really stood out for us was the fact that my lil sister was allergic to sesame seed and the buns had them on it. We realized after getting our food but the staff were so kind that they remade the burger for her with out anything hesitation. They didn’t have to do that for us because it was our mistake but they did anyways. Thank you Burger factory and staff for the 5/5 star service. Will definitely be coming back in the future.“

Also first restaurant I have ever been to where they asked if anyone of us had a food allergy! I really appreciated this because I am allergic to cranberries. Which is in some of their salads.... I should have reviewed this 3 years ago when I walked in on a Saturday night and ordered food for myself and two other people.
At that time, all the employees were all white teenagers - not being racist by any means. But the service was fast, professional, and accurate with no Tom foolary or excessive banter from the staff. The restaurant was incredibly clean. These kids were freaking amazing and fast.
The last time I went in, the employees were all south Asians - again, not being racist. I had the exact same service as I did the first time I walked in that place. This just goes to show that whoever is training the employees is doing an awesome job.
Harvey's has always been a different kind of burger joint that should be ranked far greater than other burger joints. But this particular Harvey's stand out enough that I want to suggest you skip the drive-through and go in. You won't be disappointed.“

“Wow. The food is great, fresh and spiced to perfection. The chicken was tender and juicy while the gyro is so full of flavour I had to stop myself from just eating that. Thankfully the Veggies were so good I got distracted again and almost ate just those. Left completely full and feeling light. Oh and the cheese cake is a must have.“

There were all the punjabi people working, I had two large poutines and my bus in just 1 minute after the order, I told the girl about my bus. My poutines were in my hand in the next second. “This place is absolutely amazing! Small family owned restaurant, always welcoming and the food is fresh and delicious. The breakfast potatoes are the best I’ve ever had and the eggs are always cooked perfect. Bridgette and her daughter Melissa are always so pleasant, it’s a great way to start the day. We travel quite a ways to eat here but it’s worth it. I absolutely recommend this place.“

“We have been ordering from Wing House Express since they opened. The convenience is great as we live in the neighbourhood. However, our last few orders have been lacking quality and customer service. Recently we ordered the game day special, and we were surprised by the lack of onion rings in our order (past orders they have been full to the top), this order would be suitable for one person, not two. We also did not get our dipping sauces, that come with the meal. By the time we realized, it was too late, and my husband didn't want to walk back. The food is amazing, we just wish the quality would improve.“

“Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.“

Parking: Easy on-off the 401 eastbound at Bowmanville. It is where the old Fifth Wheel Truck Stop used to be and has big rig and overnight parking available.“

“This is the best A&A I've been to. The staff were so nice and on top of everything. We dined in and had our food brought right to our table. I watched as the staff cleaned the tables so quickly after each patron left the restaurant. Our food was out SO quickly and was hot and delicious. One staff member brought by a lollipop for my daughter. I don't live in Oshawa, but I will definitely return here next time I visit.“

“This is the ONLY place my son eats from... He's the pickiest kid out there, but he'll eat the chicken souvlaki from here for breakfast, lunch and dinner some days. We order from here a minimum once a week, he's tried other places and he spits it out right away... When he sees the Family Greek container, he goes running to his high chair! “This place is in an industrial neighbourhood. It is not fancy but clean and has lots of space. Two customers outside for a smoke welcomed us and held the door. Lol.

Service was great and bartender was extremely friendly.

The servings are huge, very well made and appear to be home made. I had Sheppard's pie and it was huge and delicious. My mother had a reuban which she absolutely loved. Very reasonably priced. Highly reccomend this place. Only downside was that washrooms were not very clean.

Even with takeout, the experience was enhanced by the friendly and professional service from the gentleman who assisted me. My only suggestion would be for the mashed potatoes to have a creamier, more indulgent consistency to better complement the rest of the dish.“
