“A compact but fully loaded coffee shop, often the small timmies are lacking but this one has had everything I've asked for. Now mind you there is no spot to sit down, it's simply walk in, walk out or drive thru. Friendly staff and a clean appearance, it's the one I always choose on my way into town.Parking: It's a huge parking lot that is joined with a service station.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and an automatic door. Minimal obstructions.“

“The start of our road trip to Ottawa was made better by this stop as it was opened early and had exactly what three of us needed to get going for the long trip ahead.Tip : If you've never tried it buy a classic breakfast sandwich and put a hash brown inside.“

“It's Tom Horton's what more can I say. Although there is one thing since Covid hit full force and Ontario has opened and every business is hiring. Ir doesn't seem as though they care what the customer wants. The same goes for tim horton's it's as though the staff don't care about pleasing the customer and they aren't very ambitious. It's as the the customer doesn't matter“

“I decided to deliberately stop in Napanee because of it being Avril's hometown. It being my first time, I didn't know where to get good java and was told by a local to go here, so I did. Service was beautiful! Walked in before closing and found the barista mopping the floors. I had flashbacks of my own at the time I was a barista mopping floors and I recall the disdain I had for customers walking in afterwards, yet there was no look of anger at all for having just walked in. She was totally pleasent and helpful in a beautifully fantastic way!Greeted me with a smile and offered me her recommendation. A coconut americano. It was delicious!Sweetened with coconut syrup and containing Oatmilk as my milk of choice, I really did crave more and am looking forward to when I will return.“
