If you’re looking for suggestions, in my opinion the classic thap cam (cold cut meats) is the best. I recently tried the lemongrass beef and I don’t think I’m going back to the classic again. They offer the option to make the sandwich become deluxe (adds a lot more meat) for a dollar more! If you’re on a bulk, a deluxe banh mi is such a good lunch 🙏 definitely worth checking this place out.“

“Can I just say, the commitment to customer service at this location is incredible. With everything that the restaurant industry has been through this year, I went in there today with my daughter for a drink and some cookies. They were so friendly and said they wanted to give my daughter her treat for free. I have been fortunate enough to have not lost my job or taken a pay cut this year. He didn't know where they were. Instead of just telling me he couldn't find them, he took the initiative and phoned his manager who was able to tell him where to find them. Well done.“

“yeah sure I'd reccomend to give it a try. this location was great when it first opened as they all are. I ordered from here last night and it was garbage and went IN to the garbage. All the veggies including pickle were old. onions had zero taste. tomatoes with thin n mushy falling apart I gagged and threw it out. wont be having it from this location or the grimsby one either. so disappointing“

I have to give a special shoutout to one of the staff members, a short girl with incredible energy and a friendly smile. “Every time I come here I think about there subs for weeks because they are THAT good. I ushally get the meatball sub and the meatballs are a generous size, very moist and delicious! She prepared my sub carefully, making sure everything was fresh and balanced perfectly. She even checked in to make sure I was happy with how it was being made. I really appreciated her attention to detail.

“If I could give them more than 5 star I would. It is unlike the other Mikes! This establishment has a super clean inviting space to eat in. The service was not only better than the other locations but absolutely hands down best service I’ve ever received at a sub shop or any fast food establishment. I thought the first few times I was just getting them on a good day but now I see this is their norm here and the reason I will continue to travel to this location. Sub made perfectly! “We had exceptional service from Mr. Sub in Waterdown. I reached out to Chris on short notice to prepare subs for a bus trip with clients and colleagues, and he went above and beyond to ensure our subs were freshly made and not soggy for the trip. Chris baked fresh buns the day before and stayed late in the evening to prepare the subs. He even came in very early the next day to slice the tomatoes and package separate containers for all the extra toppings and sauces. My clients and colleagues were very happy with lunch! Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is the limited seating and the place could’ve been a bit cleaner. Still, great value for a quick, customizable meal. I think it has newer ownership from about a year ago i think
i can see a difference from my first review 3 years ago i think it may have had a few diffent owners in that time.
