“Barzah was our server tonight. She was super attentive and friendly, and the food arrived quickly. I got the chicken fried chicken, which I’d never tried before, and it was great. The chicken breast was juicy with crispy breading, and the gravy paired nice with it and the mashed potatoes. The broccoli could’ve been a tad softer, but was still good nonetheless. The portion was perfect—I was full, but not overly so. The restaurant itself was a bit chaotic with some pretty loud kids, so it was hard to talk at times. But overall food & service was a 10/10.“

“Great service at this location. Our server Anna remembered us from all our previous visits. The food is always good quality and comes to the table quickly, but not so fast that you feel rushed. The atmosphere is very homey and warm.

I highly recommend this location of Swiss Chalet, but you'll have to beat the dinner rush as it is a popular locale.“

“Jon and Michelle had their crew come out to Sunderland for my wedding. Such an amazing couple to work with and we loved that we were supporting a local Keswick business! Jon and Michelle were so easy to work with. Once they had all the info they needed they literally said “let us handle it, don’t worry about anything else” and that’s exactly how it went. Our night couldn’t have gone any smoother. From planning in the restaurant to serving food and drinks, everything was easy. Food was amazing and all the guests were satisfied! We had a late night snack, which was a taco/nacho bar, which was a huge hit! I would always recommend them for a catering job and dine in too. Thank you Bailey Family for making our night amazing!“

“Had a great experience with my takeout order from Swiss Chalet! The service was friendly, efficient, and well organized, making the whole pickup process quick and easy.
The food was prepared fresh, neatly packed, and everything was carefully put together for takeout. The portions were good, the food was hot and delicious, and the order was prepared exactly as expected.

“So I just started a new job and my coworker brought me out here a couple of times after work for a 'few' pints (it was one of those days ) and I've gotta say aurora's kelseys is definitely a great spot to kick back and feel at home . Whether you're passing through town on a long drive or debriefing after a busy brunch shift or just want a cozy casual place for the family , the atmosphere lends itself to virtually any occassion. Today I was recommended the (extremely tender) beef skewers, which were a perfect medium rare , and boasting a potently flavorful marinade /spice blend and a nice char from the grill. From a kitchen industry lifer , I think these skewers might become my go-to Scooby snack between clocking out and biking home. All around, Kelseys is great value , great service - thank you Steph!“

“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“
