Great customer service and the staff are friendly. Also, great Coffee and breakfast sandwich for the family in the hospital.

Friendly but they put their priority with drive through and will allow a line up to the door with one person on cash. Meanwhile all these people are running around in the back doing everything else. I've complained to them before and a guy complained to them today but they don't seem to care . They just defend themselves or ignore you. I guess because most people just put up with it. Basically it's often slow service if you order at the counter.
