“Service is excellent. The clerk was very awesome and understanding. I think her name is either Lisa or Lucy. Either way she helped us with everything. Unfortunately fermenting juice instead of wine was purchased, and there was an accident in the car. However, when I returned next time the clerk was very approachable and explained the difference between wine and fermenting juice. Therefore the same mistake was not made twice. She also gave a discount for the mishap. She was very nice ?“
