Wonderful experience, the barrista remembered me and took initiative in preparing my drink, by brewing it fresh and walking it over to my seat, with a cup of water. She was awesome, that was awesome and rare! Shout out to the girl w a nice smile and

Four stars only because I’m not really a fan of Starbucks coffee. It’d normally be a two star review for that, but the service from Victoria was five stars. Friendly and helpful. A pleasure to have someone like this behind the counter.

Pricier than normal cause it's an hotel. Service extremely slow. Waited 20 min multiple times during my stay at this hotel to get coffee. Staff was nice but they clearly had staffing issues. They also don't put out milk and cream so it's a pain to dress your coffee with no stir sticks, Milker's, sugar etc.
