“I just moved to the Fenelon Falls area and was pleasantly surprised to find an Indian restaurant in town. I have been to India a couple of dozen times and love the food. It is off season here and was the only customer. The young lady working the front of house was so sweet and friendly and we chatted the whole time I was there. I saw lamb biryani on the menu which is my favorite dish. It was excellent and took me back to some of my places in Mumbai as the food was that good. Very authentic and the chef / owner was happy to see me pop my head into the kitchen to give her 2 thumbs up. If you want authentic Indian cuisine and a very pleasant atmosphere do stop by the Lotus Indian Bistro you will be very happy you did.”

“I’ve been to this location several times and it’s been a great experience each visit. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food has been consistently good and tastes fresh, with lots of choices plus a wide variety of toppings and sauces. It’s conveniently located across from the high school, so I’d suggest avoiding the busy lunch rush if you want a quieter visit.”

“Just finished a great dinner at Portage House. Our first time in and we were not disappointed. The chicken soulvaki was delicious and portion size was enormous. You will not leave hungry!
The restaurant has cozy cottage lake vibe and everyone was very friendly.
Food is cooked fresh and served hot.

Creative, delicious drinks and fantastic service. It's such a chill atmosphere. The hours are a bit wonky, though, so be sure to get there early.”

“Last week I had the chance to try a lb of your wings with "Grady's Ghost" sauce. I've had a lot of very spicy wings in my life and this sauce was one of the few times I've ever considered tapping out! I had tears running down my face, snot running from my nose and I LOVED every bite! Whoever is making that sauce deserves the HIGHEST of fives! Anyone who gets this should wash their hands a minimum of twice after eating them. Don't ask me how I know that! If you love HOT wings, you need to try this flavour!”

“The guy at the cash register (I don't know if he's the owner?) is a fun guy. Burgers are fine, fries are fine, pretty affordable, nothin' special.
Seagulls in the summer are annoying and sometimes it takes a little long for food (but understand it's not fast food), a good spot to sit and relax during the summer.”

“I order a heart shaped cake for my girlfriends birthday and Chef Fresh didn’t disappoint! I also order pictures on it going around the cake and it tasted absolutely amazing! Not hard like the usual ones ! She loved it ! I highly recommend Chef Fresh !”

“It's no longer dine-in so they have to see you at the door or you can knock to place your order. Combo 1 was enough to split for my wife and I at lunch. It was under $14 (cash) which is the same price as a Big Mac combo but much more nutritious and delicious!”
