“I was served by Ramnik and Mohit and I don’t think that I have ever had such pleasant, efficient service at a Subway. Everything from their pleasant, authentic greeting, preparing my salad bowl perfectly and I respect their steady hard work. It was very busy. I’m from Thunder Bay. “This is a great location where the staff is friendly and the ingredients are fresh! They even have gluten-free buns available and will scoop out the centre to offer up more toppings and less bread. Buns need to be double toasted to be tolerable. Nice atmosphere to sit and look outside and it is rarely busy. Overall, a nice place to stop for a quick bite. They offer cookies, drinks, and desserts too!“

“Excellent staff and excellent prep of food. My low rating for atmosphere is the cloud of cigarette smoke I have to walk through to get into the restaurant. At one point, I came out and had two people leaning against my car out for a smoke from the bar upstairs. Before anyone says I'm being judgemental about smokers- I'm a smoker, but a considerate one.“

“I visited this Kimgston location, and All the staff that i have had the pleasure meeting are very friendly. I have Visted this location a few times and it has always been a pleasure.
The food is made really good every time as though they were feeding thier own family members; and i also want give a big shout out to Brandon (and the young lady he was working with him I forgot to ask for her name) anyways he always takes the time out to make sure your getting the best quality in your order.

“Firehouse Subs is great, and underrated.
My friends told me about it and I’m glad they did. Clean, comfortable, with great menu and kind staff. A must try and after you do I guarantee you will want to go again.

Parking: It’s on Gardiners Road so there is ample free parking.

Kid-friendliness: We had a toddler with us and she had a wonderful time.

“The buns are always soft and fresh and the windows provide a view of downtown Kingston.

They have Wifi here and the washrooms aren't locked. The restaurant has stairs so it would be difficult to access if you have a mobility issue.

There are no Caucasian people working here.“
