“Great food and great service!
For a competition weekend in Kingston, we ordered twice at this Subway location.
We would like to give a big shout-out to Gagan and Sunita, who's professionalism and service was at a level I rarely see!
Not only were our 2 orders perfect, they even took the time to call us after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
We will definitely order again from this location when we return to Kingston!“

“I was served by Ramnik and Mohit and I don’t think that I have ever had such pleasant, efficient service at a Subway. Everything from their pleasant, authentic greeting, preparing my salad bowl perfectly and I respect their steady hard work. It was very busy. I’m from Thunder Bay. I have stopped in here before but this has definitely been my best experience. They should be complemented by their boss. Great ambassadors of the company.“

“Felt very good about my quick trip here the other week! Tables in front of the serving counter to keep people distanced. Staff wearing masks and gloves (as they usually do). The girls at this location are always very friendly whenever I’m in as well.“

“Sandwich artist was kind, helpful, and took the time to help us figure out our orders. The food was great, and he took my girlfriend seriously when she asked for EXTRA onions.
Parking: Great parking, three surrounding parking lots if you need a further one“

“This is a great location where the staff is friendly and the ingredients are fresh! They even have gluten-free buns available and will scoop out the centre to offer up more toppings and less bread. Buns need to be double toasted to be tolerable. Nice atmosphere to sit and look outside and it is rarely busy. Overall, a nice place to stop for a quick bite. They offer cookies, drinks, and desserts too!“

“Ana I believe her name was? Makes the best subs eveerrr everytime I’m in there. Went in with my boyfriend last night after work& a workout and she did not disappoint! She was super friendly and fast! Also gave me the perfect amount of pickles when I asked for more pickles! 100/10 <3“

“Firehouse Subs is great, and underrated.
My friends told me about it and I’m glad they did. Clean, comfortable, with great menu and kind staff. A must try and after you do I guarantee you will want to go again.
Vegetarian options: There is a veggie sub.
Parking: It’s on Gardiners Road so there is ample free parking.
Kid-friendliness: We had a toddler with us and she had a wonderful time.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.“

“Just left the pita pit! I showed it to some German relatives and they were very excited! Both on the quality of the food and also the service. As you can imagine it can take some time and be chaotic having so many people order but the gentleman that served us was great patient and kind. I recommend!“

“Got a BLT footlong sub last night around 1030, the young girl working was great from the time I walked through the door until I left. Made my sub perfectly, haven’t had a sub that good in a long time! I hope this review finds this young lady well as her customer service was spot on and actually cared if my sub was to my liking. Big thank you to her! Keep up the great work, it will pay off!“

“We always use the app to order ahead, and we’re never disappointed. We order at least a half hour in advance, more if we can, and I do feel a bit guilty for skipping the lineup.

“We ordered two salad bowls and a wrap but they were going to prepare 3 wraps. Not paying attention to the order. We were able to correct it.
I then noticed. They did not put any vegetables (onion, mushroom, etc.) on the grill nor asked us, just meat only.
Cutting corners, I guess.“

“The buns are always soft and fresh and the windows provide a view of downtown Kingston.
They have Wifi here and the washrooms aren't locked. The restaurant has stairs so it would be difficult to access if you have a mobility issue.
There are no Caucasian people working here.“
