“I am writing to talk about the three members of staff who were working last night — Neha, Billie, and Raven!

We got there and it was busy, and they had quite a lot of sandwiches at the go at once 😳, BUT the three employees did not let the stress of the rush get to them. They remained professional, calm, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire rush.

What really stood out to me was how well they worked together as a team. Even with so many orders coming in at once, they communicated with each other, stayed organized, and continued to make sure everything was being prepared properly. Despite how hectic things were, they remained friendly and professional and never allowed the stress of the situation to affect the customer experience.

I genuinely think the three of them deserve recognition for how they handled the rush. It would have been very easy for a situation like that to become chaotic, but they handled it extremely well and continued working hard without letting the pressure get to them.

I also want to specifically mention how careful one of the employees was when preparing a gluten-free sandwich. They took the time to make sure the sandwich was kept completely separate from anything that could potentially cause cross-contact. They were clearly taking the concern seriously and were extremely careful throughout the preparation process.

As someone who understands that cross-contact with gluten can be a very serious issue for someone with Celiac disease, I really appreciated seeing that level of care. Even while they were dealing with a very busy rush and numerous other sandwiches being prepared, they did not cut corners when it came to preparing a gluten-free order. That attention to detail and commitment to food safety really stood out to me.

Please make sure Neha, Billie, and Raven receive the recognition they deserve! They were an absolute pleasure to interact with, and I really appreciated the effort and professionalism they showed. Employees who can handle a stressful rush like that while still providing great service are absolutely worth recognizing. ❤“

But, the thing that truly impressed me was the smile, positive attitude and speed and efficiency at which the young lady served me. She made that sandwich like I was in a hurry but no, she simply had a terrific work ethic and made it with a sense of urgency. Even while the sub was heating, she asked me if there was anything else I wanted and I paid at that time.
