The lovely family who owns it went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. We placed a massive order of 18 extra-large pizzas, and not only was every single pizza perfect, but they also delivered them piping hot and absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the care and dedication they put into their work. Their genuine hospitality is unmatched—I will gladly go out of my way just to support this location. It’s rare to find such heart in a business these days, and they have certainly earned a lifelong customer in me!“

“Hi I have never been inside the building but have always got good service and when I did have a bit of a problem the manager went over and above to fix the problem and when I ordered the next pizza it was the best I have ever received from this store. Well done guys, thank you.

It always reminds me how good their pizza is and especially the crew at the 550 Lansdowne St location. They always do an amazing job with the quality of the pizza and are friendly and smiling during pick up. Great work!“

I'm actually not happy with this Boston Pizza for messing up my order, but I appreciate the attempts to make it right well enough to recommend the place. The employees tried their best, and they were busy. $33 for a medium pepperoni pizza, though..? It was good pizza, sure, but not really worth it for quick take-out. I think you have to get a table and dine-in to fully appreciate the price.“

Editing my review to reflect my most recent order. I love Papa John's so you can imagine my disappointment when I ordered a medium but ended up with a small. If you can even call it that. So much crust and skimpy with the toppings. Not what I expected at all considering how happy I was with my last order. I called to let them know and was told the manager would call me. That never happened. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me but might have to give the other location a try next time if I even bother ordering from them again at all.

“When we go into little caesars, we aren’t expecting perfection, I mean common people look at that price point. But the last two visits we have had, have been incredible! All 3 pizzas were cooked perfectly, 3 peps on each slice, golden bubbly cheese and crispy pepperoni edges. 🤤*still drooling* the staff were friendly,(I’ve worked there, it’s not always easy pleasing every single person that walks in), the front was clean and organized, and I was in and out with my customized order in all of 5 minutes! “Stopped in after work for quick pan pizza. Staff were very pleasant, attentive, polite... service was great.
Very quick (within cooking parameters) and fresh and hot. Decided to eat at one of the few tables they had - lady at counter came and gave me napkins and even did a table check. (These tables are not for dine in table service - only if you choose to sit and eat your takeout).

“We ordered some pizza’s through Skip the Dishes.. Skip the Dishes misrepresented the pizza I ordered, so needless to say I was disappointed when it arrived.. I called Papa’s Pizzaland and they said that Skip the Dishes had made a mistake.. I contacted Skip the Dishes and they gave us a credit.. 25 mins later we see someone pull into our driveway.. It was Papa’s Pizzaland delivering the pizza we originally wanted in a larger size for no charge..!! What amazing customer service.!! My recommendation, order directly through Papa’s Pizzaland and avoid the Skip the Dishes issues…“
