“Great atmosphere every time we went to this location. What made our experience even more memorable tonight is our amazing waitress Crystal C. She was just amazing and so friendly it even stuck out to my children. It was my daughter’s 11th birthday and she wanted to go to Milestones for dinner and Crystal made her night that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend this location for great service.“

“Can’t complain at all, as per usual. Always our go to restaurant and today proved why. Amy served us tonight and she was excellent, even helped celebrating a birthday with us today. Altogether a great night supported by reliable Kelsey’s.“

“Usually one of our go-to spots for dinner, and our visit the other night reminded me why.
We were heading to a movie afterward, so we were in a bit of a rush. As always, the service was quick, friendly, and there was no wait to be seated.
I ordered the ribs, but unfortunately they came out burnt—and it looked like extra sauce had been added to cover it up. I mentioned it to our server, who immediately took the dish back and offered to have a new one made. Because we were short on time, I couldn’t wait for a replacement, which was more on me than on them.
She brought the manager over, and not only did the manager completely agree that the ribs were overcooked, but she removed the entire entrée from the bill without hesitation. That level of accountability and customer care goes a long way.
Because of that action alone, I’ll definitely be back.“

“Coming from out of town and was looking for a spot to eat nearby on a Sunday late afternoon when we found this local spot and we’re so glad we did!! The food was so tasty and absolutely delicious, I was very impressed! Everything was extremely well seasoned and well balanced and they did an amazing job keeping the moisture and texture in their dishes (which is huge for me). I ordered their butternut squash ravioli and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had (I don’t say that lightly.. their sauce was ridiculously good). Our server was also fantastic, he was a younger gentleman who was very attentive, hospitable, friendly and super accommodating. A truly great dining experience and will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend to everyone!“

“Had a great time at The Rec Room tonight. We went bowling and everything ran really smoothly. Olivia helped us out and she was fantastic—super organized, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. Really solid customer service. Makes a big difference when someone is that good at their job. Will definitely come back.“

“We’ve been a couple times this summer. Split the 2 Piece Fish & Chips. Today I had the Chilli Cheese Dog with fries. Almost to much, but I got through it. Seating Inside, Outside Covered and Uncovered. Friendly staff and fair prices. We’ll be back.“

“Been a regular at chucks for years now, and I will say Nayab has been an exceptional Bartender. She always brings a great attitude to the establishment and is very warm and welcoming. this place is nothing without her. Ps. Hayley is the best server I have ever had. Both are a hoot!“

“After a few visits to our local neighborhood eatery. And everything was great was there tonight for another 2 orders of chicken tenders and fries, unfortunately they came out not like anything I’ve seen before, not even Wendy’s quality. Small over cooked and fries were cold and from the bottom of the basket. Wife didn’t want to complain but I’m sorry I had to 15$ for overcooked Burt chick tenders and fries wasn’t flying. So I brought mine back. Wife choked her chicken down left all the fries. The owner was there and fixed the issues promptly, kudos to him and a huge thank you. As a local and this place is raving about its food and service. Please don’t serve crap any longer try to exceed people’s expectations and you will survive. Thanks again for fixing the mistake much appreciated.“
