“Nice location. Very easy to find. Amazing service. The price seems rather high, but considering its an all you can eat (2 hours max) with mostly meat menu I think its rather good. Make sure to order in bulk each time the server comes, at least 4-6 orders, the portions are rather small. I was able to try almost everything on the menu in my first time. Its a nice change of pace to cook your own food at the table; it gives you time to chat with your date while letting your food cook.My only issue about this place is that they do not accept reservation unless you are a group of 6 or more. If you want you can put yourself on a waitlist using the Yelp app, but still need to wait when you arrive. I figure they do not want to lose money when some folks reserves and dont show up.In total for two, it cost us 115$ including tax/tip and no beverage.“
“Was craving some noodle soup in a cold day and found this spot. Got a house salad, side of kimchi and spicy jjangbong. The house salad sesame oil dressing was surprisingly good. The kimchi was solid. The jjangbong was respectable, not the best I've had but decent. I'd probably try something different next time around if I make my way back to ottawa again.“

“I’ve been coming here at least 1-2 times a week, and I can easily say they have the best, most fresh, and most reasonably-priced sushi in Ottawa! The owners are very nice and welcoming, they always greet every customer with a smile. ?I got the platters for a birthday party, which were a hit with the guests.I’ve never seen salmon and tuna this fresh in Ottawa. I usually go for the specialty rolls or tacos. I love the variety of the menu and how filled the tacos are.Highly recommend using their Google form to order since it’s quick, easy to use, and has all the menu items on there.“

“My wife and I finally found time to get out and give Datsun a try. We are so happy we did, a very busy and bumping atmosphere! It was packed so we ate at the bar which was a fun experience. Got to watch the food being made too which we both found entertaining! Our server was very friendly and kind, he went through the whole menu with us which we both found very kind! The sake sour was delicious, your ex’s sweater is also very good if you like a dry strong drink. The Kabocha squash dumplings are fantastic soft with a little chew and a sweeter light flavour! The crispy cauliflower wings are awesome! Awesome spice level and sweet sticky sauce. We also had the crispy chicken and tofu Bao, oddly enough the Tofu Bao was tastier and more flavourful. “I may not be a rice connoisseur but it was open and they had rice. These guys have such a wide variety of good dishes. If you can’t find something you like on their enormous menu you’re the problem. Got the Udon Noodle and it was pretty good but my friend’s Vermecelli Singapore noodle dish was the bomb. Would recommend.“
“I love Raon Kitchen's kimchi. it's not as salty as the store bought ones and tastes amazing. it's a staple item in my fridge. I've recently tried the gochujang paste and it's also wonderful. Hana's service is outstanding. We're fortunate to have Raon in Ottawa.“

“Don’t underestimate this spot! The location is in the basement but the moment you can smell the food as you come down the stairs you’ll know why this place has such great reviews. The tofu peanut soup was amazing and definitely hit the spot, was even better with a side of rice! The general Tao vegan chicken was great and we have lots of leftovers. It was such a shock that there was so many vegetarian/vegan options that I took forever choosing, everything sounded so good! We decided to dine in and the cashier was doing a million things but she still took the time to serve us and get us water :) Atmosphere is a little hole in the wall—but not in a bad way—if you can order ahead it can help with wait time as we came when all the delivery orders were coming in. Loved this place and will be back again!!“
“Great spot for a quick takeout option during workdays. Portions are actually pretty good for a lunch hours - not too much to put you to sleep but enough to fill you up. The special of the day (satay chicken) was really good and will definitely return for more.“
