The food is usually good at this location. However they always take way too long for an order. It can take almost a half an hour to get my food sometimes. They really need to make sure they are not short-staffed. And if you want fast food, don't come here.
Everything is great
Worst parking lot i’ve ever seen in Ottawa.

The KFC restaurant at Bank and Kingsdale is a cozy place with a sunken indoor dining area. The friendly and helpful staff work hard to make sure customers have a positive experience. The menu may not always be the best value, but the food is consistently hot, fresh, and flavorful, featuring delicious gravy and well-cooked fries. The restaurant faces some challenges with parking and washroom facilities, and the parking lot has many potholes, making driving a bit tricky. Additionally, there is a large garbage can at the start of the wheelchair ramp, which can be inconvenient for wheelchair users. Despite these issues, the staff's pleasant attitude and effort to serve tasty meals are appreciated. Customers have enjoyed the chicken sandwich and found the staff to be warm-hearted and accommodating, with one mentioning that the food was fresh and tasted great even when their preferred white meat was unavailable. However, some concerns have been raised about pests and the saltiness of the tenders, which some found overpowering. Overall, the restaurant remains a welcoming spot with good food and friendly service.
