Really slow service. We had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru and nobody attended us. I can understand if you’re understaffed but just ghosting customers is very disappointing.
worst kfc ordered online from 4:40pm sunday feb 11 2024 apps said ready for pickup at 5:25pm arrived there 5:28pm but have not ready yet, someone who order after me he received his order first and I got mine at 5:45pm. order chicken for one hour. last time when they late I got an apology and extra chickens, today I got an extra arguments from the guy and no apology. the worst service
