“The most amazing experience, I have dined in the restaurant several times, but this time I ordered on Uber eats for delivery. I ordered a burger with a side, caesar salad, when I got my salad, the restaurant had forgot to put croutons and bacon on it.
I called the restaurant and the general manager. Shawn offered to drive to my house personally to deliver me a new salad. Not only did he show up with a caesar salad double the size he also brought several complementary pieces of cake and a $10 coupon.
I have to say this is the most exceptional customer service I have ever received, mind you I ordered on Uber Eats and this wonderful gentleman sat in his own car and drove to my house to remedy the situation. If I could give this rating 100 stars I would!!!!“

“Great place for a quick bite, a beer or two with friends and a good game on the many TV's. The food is great and the staff is friendly and service is fast. I recommend the beuf au jus and the Mac and cheese with bacon and jalapeños. It's also a great place to wait for the traffic to come down!“

“After my previous review, someone reached out to me to apologize for the miscommunication.I've been back a couple times and even had the cauliflower wings on the AYCE wings night.The house hot sauce is great, and the local beers are really great (shout out to the Limerick Stout - I lived in Limerick for a couple years and have even reached out to Evergreen to compliment them on a good quality Irish stout!)All the staff are super friendly and attentive and the energy is incredible during the Sens games.Happy to have this place local to my new apartment!
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, only the cauliflower wings, a salad, and nachos as far as I can recall. Nachos were good if maybe a bit pricey for the size.“

“Shoutout to Tailgators for throwing me one hell of a birthday party last night! They went above and beyond for me and my large group of friends. I showed up to the lounge that was perfectly set up the way I wanted, one of the managers Ian was running around for me for the first hour trying to get my music and slideshow to work. He even let me log into my own Spotify when we couldn’t figure it out. Food was delicious and on time! Servers were so great and fun. Everyone had a blast and I couldn’t have asked for better! Would recommend this spot and their staff 10/10 times! So happy! Thanks again!“

“Popped in for lunch - both my wife and I ordered fish & chips with a beer. Nice size portion- perfect for lunch. Fish was very tasty and fries were super crispy! Service by Robby was excellent - perfect amount of friendliness and efficiency! Will come back again .. as we have 3 times now.“

“10/10 experience with Smoque Shack catering our wedding. They brought their food truck to our venue and then served our dinner family-style. They also stuck around and did our late night snack from the truck. We got a lot of great feedback from our guests that they thought the food was great and that they had more than enough food portions-wise. The timing of our service went really well, and we also liked how the food was presented on the tables. Tyler was hands down the fastest vendor to respond to our emails and questions, too, and accommodated our requested changes with no issues and a great deal of flexibility. We were aiming for comfort food where our guests would feel relaxed, comfortable, and satisfied, and Smoque Shack definitely delivered.“

“Came for the IESA State Wrestling tournament. swung in for some drinks during a break to celebrate my nephew getting into the Championship. Our server/bartender/ runner/ host/ one man front of house machine GREG!!!! and his cook who we couldn't utilize sadly because only those two were running the place and we had a limited time. Great environment, menu looked amazing, amd great taps available. Gregg acknowledged every person walking through the door got us our drinks with perfect timing and could be seen running the floor to help everyone out. next time We're up north this place will be a for sure stop. and hopefully we can run into Gregg again to get the same stellar service.“

“If you are looking for great Sunday game-watching ambiance, look no further. This place is the perfect spot. Jordan, the bartender and our server was amazing, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They had a large selection of drinks from local craft beers to domestic favourites, and even some cool non-alcoholic cocktails for those who want to join in without drinking. Food was delicious, drinks were great and they had every game playing on the TVs.“

“Great spot above the Rinks at Richcraft Sensplex.We had a big charity tournament there this weekend and went upstairs for beers and eats between and after games. The staff was overwhelmed but doing their best. The food took a while but made it to the table hot and tasty. The Deep Fried Pickles were my favourite, but the Pulled Pork Sandwich also deserves a go.I would hope that they try to lay on more staff when there's a big tournament going on next time.“
