“I came here for the first time tonight(Feb 24th 2024) and I cannot praise the staff enough! Coco was amazing!!!! She was always on point with the drinks and with the food. The food was not only amazing but it came quickly as well. I got the supreme nachos and another party member got poutine with pulled pork and it was fantastic. This overall experience was so great and I cannot praise this place enough. I give 5 stars in all categories but the one thing I need to point out is that the drinks are $10 each. Regardless the price is worth every penny considering the service. This place was overall amazing!!!!“
“We visited BATL for a team building/appreciation event and had a fantastic time! Communication with Pedro and Eric was speedy and supportive. Sean was a fantastic trainer and ran a fabulous tournament for our team! He was super funny and very helpful! We ordered some pizza and they provided us with plates and napkins when it arrived. “My wife Cheryl and I were in town last week to go to a Sens game and stayed at the Best Western the pub is attached to. After the game we went I for a bite and a couple of beers. Turns out High Five is a pretty popular joint with great staff and an amazing group of regulars. We had an absolute blast. If I lived in the area this would be my place to hang at. Thanks High Five et al for a great evening, especially to an off duty staffer and partner, you know who you are ,?I highly recommend stoppingin for food and a pint when in the area.“
“Had the chance to try out this place due to a year end team event at work. As a big fan of goat cheese, I ordered the goatee burger and I think this is the best burger I've tried in Ottawa so far. The beef patty is tender and juicy. The chef did a great job. The bread is soft and nice too. Every bite of the burger is addicting. I give it a 4.5/5 overall.“
“Our server was Jenna. Great wings, and they gave us free sauce to take home. I came on bottomless boneless wing night, and the portions were great. Their fries were unique and not the bland cut fries. Great attentive service from Jenna, who frequently stopped by our table to ask for refills on water and wings. Bathrooms were in great condition and looked well clean and free of dust and debris.“

“I love hanging out at McLaren’s, been here at least a dozen times. Great vibes, lots of pool tables and great beer selection. But one of the best things is the staff - the servers and bartenders are always super friendly, skilled multitaskers and always giving great service. I’ll keep coming “
“I have always had a good experience at this La Cage branch. Well served, good food. For my taste it's a little noisy, but that depends on the experience you're looking for. The prices are still good, considering the current prices of restaurants of this type.“
