“I have been to Gravenhurst location a couple of times in last month. This location is spotless and the staff are #1. We are seniors and we placed our order and when order was ready it was brought to our table. Noticed they did this for several customers. Just wanting this group to be recognized for their great service. Thank you“

““Doug” was taking orders and delivering meals to eat-in customers. He apologized for taking so long and I told him it was no problem as every time I come into Harvey’s he gives the same attention to everyone and I was okay to wait. I asked about my order that I had placed on the app but it hadn’t gone through. Wasn’t overly surprised as I was having difficulty with the app. Decided not to order the chicken as it takes longer and ordered two hamburger meals instead. Doug was very pleasant through the entire ordeal, not that I was angry just frustrated, and offered discounts on our meals. Was very surprised and much appreciative of this offer and thanked Doug more than once for this offer.
Many times while I sit and wait for my order I notice Doug being pleasant to each customer, interacts with the children well and always has a ready smile for everyone. He’s very professional and does his job exceptionally well.
We really like the Gravenhurst Swiss chalet, am always happy with the quality and quantity of food. We’re happy with the Harveys side as well and have no complaints.
We feel the Gravenhurst Swiss Chalet/Harveys is definitely one of the better ones and employees like Doug make the experience that much better.“

“Our meals were great although the fries could have been a bit hotter. Our Server Leanne was very attentive and insisted on us checking that our steaks were done to our liking when she brought them. The bill was reasonable and the drinks were good. Overall, an enjoyable experience!“

“Me and two others went to McDonald’s to get McFlurry’s. We ordered the salty caramel ones and they were way too salty so we asked if we could replace them and they did it with no hesitation pure sweethearts. and we also missed out on a deal to get a free fry so we asked if we could still have it and they did it Again with no hesitation best service ever would’ve 1000% recommend“

“Had the hot dog and it was absolutely banging probably one of if not the best hot dog I've had in a long time... also had the cheeseburger poutine and that was on top form too.. pricing was good and the service was excellent. Didn't have to wait long for our order and it was cooked and served to perfection.. going back to the UK on Saturday but will definitely be back and this will be on the list of places to return too...“
