“me and my boyfriend came to sudbury for two days and we wanted to go out to a really good restaurant and we decided to go here as we are getting a lot88 in timmins and when i say the service was not just amazing it was the best service i’ve received in YEARS. we had a male server i wish i knew his name as he was incredible. he was over and beyond with us, he recommended the steak cooked on black stone and it was the best steak we have ever had! he made us feel very comfortable and the other servers were just as amazing, i would come back anyday to this lot88!”

“I’ve got to say that dinner at Fiona MacCool’s last night was fantastic! I have severe life threatening allergies to many foods so eating out is always a challenge to say the least. Well when I ordered I explained that I had allergies and asked if certain changes to the meal were possible. Our waiter Vance was great, he reassured me that it was no problem and he went and explained to the kitchen came by several times to reassure me that they were being extremely vigilant and cautious with my food. It took a bit longer than expected and just as we were realizing this Vance came up and told us they were remaking my meal because one of the allergens was missed so they weren’t taking any chances. I was extremely impressed that they caught it in the kitchen and it never came near to me and they were so gracious and accommodating. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was perfectly prepared and served!”

The manager (I think his name was Marc?) completely understood and went above and beyond for me. He not only offered to drive to me and bring me to missing dips, but gave an container of it for the inconvenience. I've always enjoyed eating here especially the BC wrap, kettle chips with Jalapeño dip. And with their customer service even more. They truly care here.”

“WOW! Great place to eat. Ordered the Alfredo and ate it in about 7 minutes. The noodles were delicious and cooked to perfection. The sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had. The waitress was also very nice and checked up on us an appropriate amount of time. Also ordered the tiramisu and it was absolutely perfect! Didn’t have to wait too long for a table, but did get there at the perfect time. Do yourself a favour and go here.”

They have great Indian food, great Indian fusion dishes, great desserts, and they really work hard to make sure you have a good experience. They are open late, have really great value catering, and the restaurant is a fun space for small to medium sized groups. The White pasta was a big hit with our group, and I love the butter chicken pizza, paneer nachos and Palak paneer.”

“I recently visited Café Da Capo and it was such a delightful experience that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was instantly welcoming—cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and perfect for both catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment alone. Soft lighting, tasteful music, and the charming decor gave the place a relaxing, intimate vibe.
The menu was impressive, with a lovely variety of options that cater to different tastes. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty brunch, light bites, or something sweet with your coffee, there's something here for everyone. I especially loved the caramel macchiato , the morning overload and for sweet tooth : Cheesecake Baklava beautifully presented and full of flavour.
The service was equally commendable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and seemed genuinely passionate about what they do. They were happy to offer recommendations and made the whole experience feel personalized and warm.

“10/10 would recommend. 6 of us girls attended the wine glass painting event that was held at the restaurant this Saturday and we ABSOLUTELY loved every second of it. 1- Our drinks were AMAZING. Our favourites were the espresso martini and the apple cranberry martini. I would go back just for those drinks alone!! 2- The staff was so kind, lovely and helpful during the painting process to those who needed a bit more help! 3- The food was great. Well worth the price. We had a spinach dip, nacho and salad and all were fresh and delish. 3- The atmosphere is cozy and decor is adorable. Perfect for group pics, selfies, or Instagram worthy shots of the food/drinks. 4- The wine glass painting event was so fun for everyone of all ages within the group and it was great to be able to take the wine glass home after as a reminder of the awesome day! Overall, we were very happy with the day! We hope for more paint events in the future. Perhaps a “paint your partner/friend” event?”

If we didn’t live so far away it would definitely be our go to place. The washrooms are a little dated, but clean (could be painted and better lighting). The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, check them out, you won’t be disappointed or leave hungry😊”

“Went for my Mother's 83rd Birthday, it was very busy and I was worried we wouldn't find a seat, but the hostess went out of her way and found a more suitable table for my mum.. The Lamb Karahi was fantastic! Great flavourful spices, we shared one entrée and ordered the roti to go with it. Roti was not greasy, either were the incredible Pakoras, the best I've ever had. We also were served a great wine to go with it Spec Brothers Baco Noir, perfect combo if you ask me, a bit sweeter wine helped with the spice. We were given our dessert on the house, I've never tried Gulab Jamun - now my favourite dessert, a little sweetness to finish a meal without being too heavy. I highly recommend, I'm going to try the buffet next visit. 😊”

“This is a fantastic restaurant that everyone in Sudbury should check out. They have great Indian food, great Indian fusion dishes, great desserts, and they really work hard to make sure you have a good experience. They are open late, have really great value catering, and the restaurant is a fun space for small to medium sized groups. The White pasta was a big hit with our group, and I love the butter chicken pizza, paneer nachos and Palak paneer.”

“Stopped at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery here in Sudbury to try their breakfast today. They make an amazing California avocado eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce was incredible and they have the best home fries in the Nickel City. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. I had the Oriental Stir-Fry with beef over chowmein noodles. I could not stop eating it, just sensationally well-made, I just had to eat it all. I've never had sirloin beef cooked so perfectly juicy and flavourful in a stir-fry in my life. Fantastic!! My wife had the seafood pasta. Equally delicious. full of shrimp and surimi crab meat in a rich garlic and white wine alfredo cream sauce over perfectly al dente fettuccini pasta, and garlic toast for dunking! The kids menu is fantastic and portioned perfectly for our kids, and even had enough to bring back leftovers for a late-night snack!
