“This Wendy’s customer service was absolutely top-tier; fast, friendly, and full of good vibes. I forgot to get the amazing cashier’s name but she was smiling, joking, and genuinely seemed to care about making her customers happy, which is such a refreshing change. The food was solid, but the real reason I’ll be back is the amazing service. If all fast-food spots ran like this one, the world would be a happier place!“

My daughter and I came in for smoothies and had a special request, and Mike went above and beyond to make it happen. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, and his positive attitude and warm smile made the experience even better. It’s rare to receive service this thoughtful and genuine.
