“Clearly 4 plus stars across the board but the loss of star overall?...having to park about a mile away and walk in the freezing cold. Yah...I'm that person. Not having parking is for sure a deterrent for me coming back again over other places.Parking: It is brutal finding an open spot anywhere in Guelph.“

Special shout out to Suzy who not only always makes me feel at home, but does her job incredibly well with a smile on her face! :) definitely recommend!
