However, there was an incident late at night where a staff member handled a rude guest politely and professionally when they tried to sit in a closed dining area. Despite the rude behavior of the guest, the staff member remained calm and did her job well, showing patience and respect. Overall, Subway has strong potential for improvement in food quality but continues to shine in customer service, especially thanks to dedicated employees like Sahil and Kulbir.
