“I had an incredible experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to an outstanding server named Sid. Despite being the only one working at the time, Sid handled everything with professionalism, speed, and a genuinely friendly attitude. He took care of every table, made sure our food came out just right, and still managed to check in to see if we needed anything.

It’s rare to see someone manage a whole dining area on their own and still give such amazing customer service. Sid went above and beyond, and he truly made our visit memorable. Huge kudos to him—and Swiss Chalet is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member!“

We stopped in for lunch and the beef burger was so good it made me sad that I don't live here! Don't get me started the Chicken Souvlaki.. 🤤
The waitress that looked after us was the best.
Would love to of taken some pictures of what we ordered but my belly was thinking faster than my brain.
Almost the whole menu is made in house (salad dressing included) and you can tell.

“I visited this restaurant with my 3 friends, and we tried 4 different dishes. Everything was super fresh and felt just like home-cooked food. The service was amazing—the lady who served us treated us with so much care, guiding us since we were new to Asian food. It honestly felt like being cared for by family. Highly recommended.“

“We arrived for 5:15pm for our dinner reservation. It was our first time here. We were checked in very quickly. Our hostes was lovely and excited to hear we were there for the first time. Our server was Emily (I hope I got her name right). She was great at explaining the menu and giving recommendations. We really liked that she didn't rush us and made it a very comfortable experience. Appetizer we had the mushroom toast, it was a good portion for two people. Drinks, my husband has beer and I tried the Berries in Bloom and Quebec 37, I enjoyed the Quebec 37 more. For mains I had the potato thin crust pizza and my husband had braised beef cheeks. Both were good portions and delicious. For dessert we had chocolate torte, tasted good but was the smallest dessert we probably ever had at a restaurant. We wish the portion was bigger. After dinner we went to the bookstore next door and picked up some games.“

“Portion sizes are good, but some things are extremely over priced...chicken parm for almost $30?! Get real, it's not an Italian restaurant with fresh pasta and fresh parmesean cheese. It's a diner. Fries were extremely salty that I couldn't enjoy them. $4 for a glass of pop that's mostly filled with ice. While the food tasted decent, I don't think I'd go out of my way to go back.“

Owners and staff are very friendly and always want to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. Restaurant is clean, and typically quiet, so it’s easy to have a conversation. Plenty of free parking on site. Would highly recommend giving them a try. Their Rogan Josh, fish pakoras & chicken hariyali tikka are some of our favourite dishes.“

“Surprisingly tasty samosa from Most Convenience Store! The samosa was crispy, and the filling was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. Great for a quick snack on the go. Would be even better with a dipping sauce. Definitely worth trying if you're nearby and craving something savory!

“went to this establishment with my wife while I played in a league. I ordered my drinks, of course using my manners. After both of us ordering drink as well as many others, I had received my drink and many others, while my wife's drink had not. I went up to politely ask about my wife's drink taking so long. They said it was coming. Then right after that I was confronted by a different waitress stating that I was rude, literally signaling me in front of a crowd saying that I was rude. Neither of us have been to this establishment before and within 20 minutes were told we were being rude. I did not realize that using manners and asking for my drink was being rude. Even all the other patrons could not understand what I had done. I found this to be VERY offensive to both me and my wife. Don't judge people by how others act, especially for a patrons first visit. Maybe finding some nicer staff would be nice, maybe someone to appreciate the customers that come in to your establishment, there are many other places to spend my hard earned money because obviously they don't want it.“
