Their products are good but their customer service is extremely lousy. When you reach out for help you'll be told to be grateful you can get their products at all followed by another message that tells you to buy more items, encouraging food waste even after you already refilled for the month. You'll be sent ads even though you are unsubscribed, which they will deny even if you offer proof.

This was the WORST coffee I’d ever tasted. I wish I hadn’t given the server a tip. Cups 2/3 full….oh sorry, we will have more on 10 minutes.
I’m a fireman, I’ve drank some crappy coffee at 3am so trust me - if Timmys isn’t open get a bottle of water.
