“The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. Everything tasted super fresh, and I especially recommend the eggs benny. The waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my visit.

At one point, a man came in, was told by the dishwasher that he could sit anywhere, but he abruptly left as he stuck the finger at the owners for not 'showing him more attention' despite being in there for 30 seconds . The staff handled it with total patience and professionalism....crazy typical Hamilton behaviour from the customer

“I came for breakfast and got The Big Bird with scrambled eggs, sourdough toast, and extra turkey bacon. The portion was generous and everything came out hot and fresh. The fried chicken thigh was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the maple syrup with the house hot sauce worked perfectly together. The sourdough was toasted just right, and the turkey bacon was a great option to have. Service was friendly. Overall, a nice breakfast spot.“

“I’ve been to West End Diner many times over the years, and it’s always a reliable spot when you want good comfort food in a friendly, local setting. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is consistently warm and attentive.

Breakfast is definitely their strong point, but the lunch and dinner options have always hit the spot too.

“Compared to the wimpys on queenston near eastgate square this location is hands down the best. Quality service, quality food along with food presentation. The waitress was very kind and patient and listened to my specialty request due to allergies. The cook did an excellent job.Thank you for a very enjoyable experience“
