“First time coming here, March 29, 2026 @ 5:40pm. They're about to close the store as it's a Sunday. The owner, Mang Jun, let me stay for a few more minutes just so I could eat. And so I did. Got myself pork menudo and some Lumpiang Shanghai combo. Ate (I forgot her name, apologies) filled the food container up to the brim. It think ate gave me two servings. Then Mang Jun's wife came out, bright eyes with a greeting, like she knew me. Nice couple. Had a short but welcoming chat, about them and about me, coming from Toronto. I wasn't able to take any photos of what I ate because I was starving.
Store may look like a typical mom and pop shop. Nothing fancy. The service was good though and worth the stop. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.
