“Amazing salads—I love the Solstice salad with spinach, quinoa, pecans, cranberries, apple, pumpkin seeds, and chickpeas + Bangkok salad with the evil peanut dressing. The starter salad is definitely not worth the price as I found the portion much smaller (see attached photo of Pegasus starter salad). I have yet to try their sandwiches and quesadillas, but from what I have heard from others they are delicious too! I do find it quite pricey especially when you add protein, totalling to $15-$20 a bowl or salad.“

“I just finished their 3 day juice cleanse, and have had some great results! I wasn't hungry until day 3, and the salads and juices are delicious, so i didn't experience cravings, which was my exact reason for doing the cleanse...to kick the bad habits. i now have 3 days of the meal boxes, and the first one looks amazing! Excited to try it, and grateful for the convenience. staff at this location are friendly and very helpful.“

“The staff were incredible above all else. I have worked in Mapleview for over a decade, and experienced the different owners and teams.
I asked if they had a kids size portion of something without meat or dairy.
They immediately asked if I was vegan, and then told me what ingrients they could put together and make something delicious for me - kids sized. I hadn't even asked for that or if it was possible.
Not only did they have the thought and courtesy to this, I wasn't treated as a burden for asking the initial.question.
So amazing the genuine care this team has.
