The company shipped me the wrong size helmet. After several emails they told me that they wouldn’t accept it back as a return and I would not be issued a refund, when I responded to their email to dispute it they never responded back. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and was able to have them dispute the charge with this company and receive a refund. Bottom line is their business practices are shady at best and their customer service is non existent… BUYERS BEWARE
Here I thought I was ordering from Steeltown in HAMILTON ONTARIO. The site says they’re from Ontario. The mailing address says Ontario. I only realized after the order was confirmed that I was charged in US dollars. I emailed the company immediately to cancel the order… no answer.
Very disappointing. Never again.
