The place is too busy for the people working there most of the time. Nothing against the staff, lots of chill and cool people it seems and the food & drinks are always solid for my tastes. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service my mom received by a male who was working there March 30th 2024 between 11am and 3pm, unsure when his shift ended, my mom ordered a breakfast wrap and a large Latte. He put so much foam, barely any coffee, when she complained his replay was “That’s just how we do it here”. Absolutely not?, my mom is 64 years old, all you do is strain the milk to make it a no foam latte, I myself have worked in many coffee shops....read full review

The staff aren't friendly at all and have no customer service. I was standing waiting to order and they were just walking around ans ignoring me.
