Tim Hortons is a popular spot, with efficient drive-thru service and tasty food. The Canadian atmosphere makes it a great place to meet locals. Free parking and wheelchair accessibility are a plus. The bathrooms are clean and the service is fast with a smile. Parking is plentiful and easy peasy. Some customers wish for more consistency with the coffee sugar levels across different locations. The guy on speaker was so nice and suggested a favourite drink, and is very nice and helpful. He deserves a raise and good appreciation. The lady serving the drive through does not seem to understand the basics of customer service and behaved like she is doing a favour by serving.
